Affiliate and Sponsorship Disclosures

Effective date: October 16, 2026. Still Running SI is operated by Convergent Systems LLC, a Virginia limited liability company based in Williamsburg, Virginia, USA.

Still Running SI is free to use. It's paid for by affiliate commissions, sponsorships, and (soon) paid featured entries. Consistent with the US Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides, here's how each works and how we label it.

Affiliate links

Some links to software tools are affiliate links. If you click one and sign up or buy, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We currently participate in the Make affiliate program, and we may join others (such as n8n, Retell AI, or Synthflow). This list may change. Affiliate links are labeled near the link, for example "(affiliate link)."

Whether a tool has an affiliate program doesn't decide whether an entry is listed or how it's described. Entries are listed because a public source documents the automation, not because we earn from the tool.

Sponsors and newsletter ads

Sponsors pay for placements on the Site or in the newsletter. Sponsored placements on the Site are labeled "Sponsored." Sponsored sections of the newsletter are labeled "Sponsored" or "Ad." Sponsors don't get to change database entries, their status, or how they're described.

We plan to offer paid featured entries. A paid entry may be pinned or highlighted, and it will always be labeled "Featured (paid)." It must describe a real automation that meets the same listing rules as every other entry, and payment doesn't change its 90-day status or the facts shown.

About our sources

Many entries summarize customer stories published by software vendors (for example Zapier, Make, n8n, Intercom, Bland, Retell AI, Relevance AI, and Synthflow). Those stories are the vendors' own marketing materials. The numbers in them are reported by the vendor or its customer and aren't independently verified by us. Each entry links to its source so you can judge for yourself. Unless an entry is labeled as paid, we haven't been paid to include it, and citing a vendor's story isn't an endorsement of that vendor.
