Accuracy and Corrections Policy

Effective date: October 16, 2026. Still Running SI is operated by Convergent Systems LLC, a Virginia limited liability company based in Williamsburg, Virginia, USA.

How entries are made

• Summarized from public sources. Each entry summarizes a publicly available source, usually a vendor customer story or article, in our own words. We don't copy the source.
• Linked. Every entry links to its source and names the publisher, so you can check it.
• As reported. Figures (cost, hours saved, revenue, resolution rates) are as stated by the source. If a source doesn't state a number, we show "n/a" rather than estimate one. The 90-day badge says whether the source states, implies, or doesn't confirm that the automation ran 90+ days.
• Minimal personal information. We name the business as it's identified in the public source, and we leave out personal details about individuals. User submissions may be published without naming the submitter or their clients, and we remove confidential or personal details before publishing.
• Not independently audited. We don't verify a source's claims with the business. Status and "last verified" dates reflect our most recent review of the source.

Requesting a correction or removal

If you own or represent a business described on the Site, or you spot an error, email legal@stillrunningsi.com with:

• the entry URL;
• what's wrong and what it should say (a link to a public source helps);
• your relationship to the business, if any; and
• whether you're asking for a correction, an update (for example, the automation was retired), or removal.

We aim to respond within 10 business days. We'll correct clear factual errors. Business owners may ask us to remove an entry about their business, and we'll generally honor reasonable requests. Where we make a material correction, we'll update the entry and its "last verified" date.
